However, if you ask that attorney for a few forms to help owners who want to transfer their property to their kids or sell it to a third party, you get a disclaimer like the one below.
If you happen to see Alex on your next visit to the resort (his office is just to the left of the front door of the lobby), be sure to ask him to clarify some small section of Florida Statue, he loves that.
